Bike & Brew Social- Pedal Towards a Cure for Colorectal Cancer

Come join us for a fun-filled day of biking and socializing to support the fight against colorectal cancer! This in-person event is perfect for cycling enthusiasts and beer/drink lovers alike. Enjoy a scenic bike ride followed by a refreshing brew or drink with fellow supporters. Let's pedal together towards a cure for colorectal cancer! All levels of adult riders (21 and over) are welcome, so grab your bike and get ready to make a difference. See you there!

Where: Enjoy a leisurely bike ride along the Huron Valley and Michigan Airline Bike Trails. The ride begins at The Corner Social- South Lyon, MI. Parking is available across the street from the cafe and along the streets. The social stops include: The New Hudson Inn in New Hudson, MI, Casey's of Walled Lake where lunch will be served (turn around point), The Drafting Table in Wixom, MI and ending back at the Corner Social.

When: 10 am -6 pm; Check-in 10 am; Begin biking between 10 am -12 pm.

The registration fee includes: Entrance to participate in the bike event, one T-shirt, and lunch at Casey's. Drinks are NOT included.

Donations: This fundraising event is in honor of a young man valiantly fighting stage 4 colorectal cancer, Jack McCrary (25 years old) and all those fighting before and after him. All proceeds go towards research to fight Colorectal Cancer at fightcolorectalcancer.org. Feel free to donate more to help fight colorectal cancer at checkout. Also-become an Advertising Donor! Those who donate $500 or more will have their name/logo prominently displayed on all event promotional materials, including event t-shirts, flyers, and social media posts.. Additionally, sponsors are invited to bring promotional items to the event, offering a unique opportunity to interact directly with participants and the community.

For everyone's Safety: This is an adult event. You must be 21 years or older to participate. Babies, children and those under 21 are not allowed to participate in the Bike & Brew event. Bike helmets are required. Please follow traffic and bike path rules. Yield to oncoming traffic. Press the flashing traffic light buttons at street crossings. Stay to the right of the bike path. Do not ride more than 2 bikes side by side along the path. Announce that you are passing when you come upon pedestrians and other riders. Be courteous to those along the path.
