Yes, by attending the party and stepping foot on the property you fully agree to Assumption of Risk, Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement provided in the event description.  You waive all rights to SUE the owners of the property, as well as any sponsors, employees, etc involved.

By attending the party, am I able to sue if something goes wrong?
