The world of technology is evolving very rapidly. Today, the future of companies depends on the processing of "Big Data", the ever-increasing amounts of data, which have become the new raw material to be valued in almost all sectors.
It is in response to these changes that the project "Brussels: The Beating Heart of Big Data" was born.
"Brussels: The Beating Heart of Big Data" is part of the 8th Measure of the Next Tech Plan. We offer 3 training cycles of 10 courses, of beginner and advanced levels. These 3 cycles will be followed by a Hackathon weekend.

Professionals, entrepreneurs, freelancers, job seekers, as well as to anyone who wishes to familiarize themselves with the terminology and methodology of Big Data.
 
<H2>Cycle 1:  10 courses from 18h30 - 21h30</H2>
<HR>
This cycle is intended for those who wish to familiarize themselves with the terminology of Big Data and its key concepts: use, applications, operating system.
 No technical skills are required. 
Indeed, mastering Big Data can have a decisive influence on job search or professional career.

<LI>Tuesday 26/03/2019*: Mashing up Open Data and hands-on tests with easy to use visualisation tools</LI>
<LI>Tuesday 02/04/2019*: GDPR and privacy legislation &amp; concerns when designing and operating Big Data projects</LI>
<LI>Tuesday 09/04/2019*: How to start your Big Data Project:  Preparation to Hackathon.</LI>
