Join us for this free event at the Village Hotel, Swansea, hosted by Swansea University where we will be providing insights on the outcomes and opportunities which could affect your business or organisation. This is an introduction to big data and will touch upon: big data, data analytics, data visualisation, and data mining across a range of fields. No prior knowledge necessary. 
 Big data is a term that is constantly popping up in business and industry publications highlighting that it is a priority area for growth. There are broad ranging applications from business and government, healthcare and technology through to industry 4.0. But what does it actually mean and what opportunities does it offer? 
 This event arranged by Swansea University will draw on our research excellence and provide an informative seminar on the possibilities for big data, case studies of how it is applied and opportunities for working with Swansea University on your big data projects.
