Join Body Fit Training, Tysons hottest new boutique fitness studio, and get your sweat on. All day, experience our HIRT class for FREE! H.I.R.T- stands for “High-Intensity Resistance Training”. This class offers three different styles of training in one class - EMOM “every minute on the minute”, AMRAP “as many reps as possible” & AFAP “as fast as possible”. Bring a friend and enjoy this fun an energizing session.

This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Sneakers and workout clothes are all you need. We'll provide everything else.

Where do I park?

Free parking (with validation) is available in the parking garage at our building.

I haven't worked out in a while. Is that okay?

Our classes are appropriate for all fitness levels. Our coaches will adjust the workout for you as needed. It will be fun!
