BFA Mentoring Programme 2026 - Interview Skills
We're delivering a structured professional development programme over 12 months for professionals and early-career individuals and students.
Black Females in Architecture (BFA) in partnership with ROCA London Gallery invites you to an evening Interview Skill Workshop designed to support students, graduates and early-career professionals in strengthening their job applications and learning directly from women working in the built environment.
Taking place on Thursday 2nd July 2026 from 6:30pm, this is a practical session tailored to architectural recruitment, featuring mock interviews with architects, HR representatives, or recruiters. The workshop explores studio culture, expectations, and confidence-building strategies for crit-style interviews.
Event Schedule
6:30pm – Arrival & Welcome
Informal arrival, introductions and overview of the evening.
7:00pm – Interview Practice
Small-group sessions with professional reviewers. Attendees will receive feedback on interview skills and have the chance to ask questions in a supportive setting.
8:00pm – Networking & Close
Opportunity to continue conversations, meet other attendees and connect with the BFA network.
This event is open to students, graduates, and anyone interested in developing their career in architecture and the built environment.
