Our experienced facilitators will guide you every step of the way. Introducing you to the different modalities used and the concept of Kundalini Activation, a mystical practice of spiritual awakening that has been passed down from ancient yogis to modern-day seekers like us.As you enter the space, you will be greeted with soothing music and aroma to help you relax and let go of any tension or stress. We will begin with a guided meditation, where you will be invited to a peaceful state of inner stillness and tranquility. You will learn how to access deeper levels of awareness and tap into the inner wisdom that will help you overcome obstacles and find clarity and purpose in your life. We will continue into a movement practice, where you will be encouraged to let your body move intuitively and expressively. The music will take you on a journey of self-discovery as you explore the various dimensions of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual being. As we continue our journey, we will delve into the power of breathwork. You will learn how to use your breath as a tool to connect with your innermost self, expand your consciousness, and release any blocked or stagnant energy in your body.Finally, Kundalini Activation takes center stage. With her tools of sound, meditation, breathwork, movement, ceremonial cacao, and other plant allies, she guides people toward self-discovery and healing. Hanna-Leena's work as a Thai yoga bodyworker, Reiki, and Focalizing practitioner, as well as her lifelong career in dance, allows her to facilitate profound shifts in people's well-being.As a master of the ancient arts of Reiki and Kundalini Activation, Nadi is a conduit of cosmic energy, weaving the threads of healing and awakening with her skilled touch and sacred presence. In her sanctuary of healing and awakening, she blends the powers of Reiki and Shaktipat, crafting a symphony of energy that envelops each individual with transformative grace.
