I’m happy to announce I’ll be offering another of my workshops,
the theme here is Beyond the Vail: Unveiling your true self this will be a ceremonial workshop and talk.
This interactive workshop will guide you through a journey of self-discovery. We will explore inspiring passages that will challenge your limiting beliefs and resistance to change. Through guided exercises and discussions, you'll gain a deeper understanding of these self-imposed barriers and begin to integrate a healing awareness into your life. This workshop will empower you to break free from negativity and embrace the limitless potential within you. This work is just tapping into the surface of the depth of our being the real work is between ceremonies.
What to expect:
- We will open sacred space and time and create a protective healing light sphere by calling in our Ancestors and protectors.
- We will share a CACAO drink to help open our hearts and dive into a few topics like Shadow work, The Price of self-cultivation, and how that can potentially help us discover our true essence.
- shamanic practice, we will unite two breaths: The first journeys with the heartbeat of nature, drawing energy from the elements (earth, air, fire, water) and the vast cosmos. It awakens our sacred Essence energy, like igniting inner stars.
- The second breath flows in a continuous circle, unbroken, mirroring the rhythm of life itself. This quiets the mind and grounds us, releasing tension.
- Soul Gazing will help us to continue to see beyond the veil and remind us that separation is an illusion.
- We will reflect and integrate with a Shamanic Sound Meditation using various instruments.
- In closing we share our experiences and insights, sometimes considered to be an important part of the ceremony.
- Leave home with the feeling of inspiration, a new way of thinking, and empowerment.
