Nomfundo Msomi, Executive Strategy Director at CEHP Network

Raised in South Africa but at home all over the world, Nomfundo has spent her career as a traveling strategist. She’s an alumna of the WPP Marketing Fellowship, which develops high-calibre talent through multidisciplinary experience at WPP operating companies across the globe, and has spent time on the client side, as Etihad Airways’ Global Head of Brand. Her (extremely lucky) experience has taken her from London to Bangalore, New York City to Hong Kong, and the UAE to Melbourne, where she’s Executive Strategy Director at CHEP Network.

Ant Melder, Co-Founder &amp; Creative Partner of Cocogun

Ant is the co-founder and Creative Partner of independent, award-winning Sydney creative agency, Cocogun. With a career spanning over two decades he’s held creative leadership roles at world-class agencies across London and Sydney. In that time he’s created breakthrough work, led teams, built cultures and won almost every advertising award there is to win, including Cannes Lions, Spikes, One Show, AWARD and D&amp;AD Pencils. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Ant runs the Brown Riot podcast series, which celebrates industry leaders from diverse backgrounds, and co-founded #OnlyOneInTheRoom, the industry collective that works towards achieving a more open, equitable and representative ad industry. He’s also behind the much-loved celebration of passionately cack-handed art @rubbishfantastic.

Jess Liley, Co-Founder &amp; Creative Director at The Open Arms

Jess Lilley is a founder of The Open Arms, a purpose-driven creative studio harnessing the twin powers of empathy and creativity to help communities thrive. Their work is centred around deep research and authentic storytelling to connect brands and organisations to the communities they serve. In her career as a creative director, she has long focussed on making work that enables positive social change and community building. Her career has seen her work in Melbourne, Toronto and London, with her work recognised by many international awards shows. Jess broadcasts a weekly media and politics radio show and podcast for Triple R-FM.

Linh Diep, Account Director at Ogilvy and Founder/CEO of Assisterhood

Linh is one of the brightest young talents nationally, a two-time B&amp;T 30 under 30 winner and a determined Account Director with a relentless passion for behaviour change. Throughout her successful career, Linh has managed successful campaigns for a diverse range of industries and clients including all levels of Government, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, FMCG, Tertiary Education and not-for-profits. As a self-diagnosed Yes-Woman, Linh is heavily involved in the industry, having founded the Assisterhood mentorship program and co-chaired Youngbloods nationally.
