Get in touch with your body and the music in this two-set solo jazz class. We’ll be exploring our abilities, limitations, and the nature of movement. Basically, how to make solo jazz feel like dancing!
Monday May 6th: Class 1 will focus on making our moves feel musical.
Monday May 20th: Class 2 will focus on body awareness and getting outside of our mental limitations
