Join FCSP for the 2023 "Beyond the Basics" Food Safety Conference

Due to the impending weather event and in the interests of safety for our speakers and guests, we have decided to move the Beyond the Basics: Never Stop Exploring Conference to Zoom. Food and Consumer Science Professionals (FCSP) is back with the popular "Beyond the Basics" conference. The 2023 theme is "Never Stop Exploring." The day will include up to 5 hours of continuing education. Zoom in at 8:45 am; the conference ends at 3:30 pm.Expert speakers will cover news from the world of allergens, food labeling, green commercial kitchen planning, food borne disease and the anticipated next ‘bugs’, along with a self-help session covering communication hints, tips and 'how-to's' for a variety of situations. It will be day absolutely packed with thought-provoking conversation about what is here and what is coming next.
