Michael Soon Lee, PhD, was the dean of a university business school, the chairman of the board of a credit union, and regional manager of a real estate brokerage. He was the first Asian American to earn the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) from the National Speakers Association and has spoken over 1,000 times around the world to Fortune 100 and 500 companies like Chevron, Boeing, General Motors, and Cedars Sinai Hospital. Michael is the author of nine business books including, "Cross-Cultural Selling for Dummies" and "Black Belt Negotiating". He has also developed leadership training programs for Asian Americans and others for over 20 years.
