Alexandra Berthold is a Legal Counsel and serial entrepreneur with a decade of experience scaling tech and gaming ventures. Having lived in 7 countries and worked across 4 languages, she specialises in navigating the complex cultural and legal nuances of the tech industry. After scaling her gaming & e-commerce startup to €3M and exiting it in 2023, Alexandra now leverages her expertise as a Board Member for La French Tech Est. As the Founder of The Boss Women’s Drop, she organises and hosts events & workshops for women and focuses on empowering women to move beyond the ‘permission trap’.
Fiona Murugan (expert speaker)
Fiona Murugan is the Founder of WOW Talents, a consultancy in Talent Acquisition Strategy. With over 15 years of experience, she combines Executive Search and in-house Talent Acquisition expertise from leading C-level mandates at Transearch International to driving Talent Acquisition Strategy & Employer Branding for adidas in France across Corporate and Retail functions. Today, she partners with startups, scale-ups, SMEs and international brands on recruitment missions across Europe, designing high-impact hiring strategies, attracting performing and diverse talent, and building inclusive teams aligned with business priorities.
