Overview

A 3-day mindfulness retreat for Strong Moms who kept life running after that day.

Who it is for:

This retreat is for the “Strong Mom.” The mom who carries a lot and doesn’t always realize she’s been running on autopilot. She is everyone’s person. But who is hers. “THAT day” is the moment something shifted and she wasn’t safely able to fall apart, ask for help, or stop. This can include mothers who have walked through a NICU or PICU season, a C-section or challenging birth, postpartum overwhelm, or the weight of career and motherhood at the same time.

What it is:

Beyond THAT Day Retreat is a mindfulness retreat led and facilitated by Cora Howard. It’s a reflective, guided experience that helps mothers focus on what they’ve been carrying for a long time, and gently release what no longer needs to be held. “THAT day” is intentional. It points to the moment a pattern began, the moment motherhood changed, the moment she learned to become the strong one. The goal is for each mother to regain her voice, redefine motherhood on her terms, and move forward with clarity and no apologies.

Beyond THAT Day is a 3-day guided retreat for mothers who carried too much for too long — and never had time to land. This is the chapter after the crisis. Where the systems “work,” but the self feels like a stranger. Where survival softened — but the silence stayed. Led by Cora Howard, this retreat isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about finally hearing the voice you muted to get through it all.
