OVERVIEW:

This session will help you build a stronger business case by defining your market, identifying key segments, and developing a value proposition that aligns with what customers actually need. Using tools like market sizing and voice of customer research, you will walk away with practical strategies to clarify your opportunity and communicate your startup’s value with confidence.

YOUR FACILITATOR:

Jonathan Klinger helps clients accelerate revenue growth through stronger and more impactful innovation and go-to-market strategies. He has 25+ years' experience in start-ups and Fortune 500 companies as Chief Marketing Officer and VP Product Management/ Engineering/ Sales in the software, hardware, sensors and building products sectors. Jonathan has a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Engineering from Cambridge University (UK) and an MBA from INSEAD (France).

PARKING:

WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS

This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
