BeyondReality@UNO – Virtual Reality Labs

For Middle and High School Teachers

Bring Virtual Reality to your students with BeyondReality@UNO, a virtual reality maker space funded by NASA that allows you and your students to use VR tools. The 2-day workshop will guide teachers through the use of 2 different VR labs – Density and Materials – with follow-up hands-on labs for each. Teachers may then bring their students to the BeyondReality@UNO maker space or request the equipment be brought to them to use in their classrooms. The facility includes virtual and extended reality headsets, software, and computers. Our experts provide training in 3D virtual reality development and extended reality use in education and training applications.

Date: June 13th-14th

Time: 9:00 - 4:30

Location: UNO

Teachers will be paid $200 stipend and refunded their registration fee upon completion of the workshop.
