Beyond Pain: Free 6 Week Chronic Pain Course

Chronic pain impacts billions of people world wide. Beyond Pain is a FREE* transformative 6-week chronic pain management course designed to equip individuals with practical tools for navigating the complexities of persistent pain. This multidisciplinary program covers essential aspects of chronic pain, including understanding how pain is produced, building a holistic lifestyle through engagement in meaningful activity, mastering stress management techniques, setting realistic goals, fostering social connections, and developing a long-term action plan for self-management techniques. Each week offers a blend of interactive workshops and discussions, creating a supportive community where participants can share experiences and insights. By the end of the course, individuals will have gained valuable skills to empower them on their ongoing journey toward better chronic pain management and improved overall well-being.

In order to register for this class, you must be a resident of British Columbia with a valid care card. Please email your full legal name, Personal Health Number and Date of Birth to zaradureno@gmail.com to be added to the list and receive the Zoom link for the class. The reason for submitting this information is because the course is covered under MSP. Your information will be kept private.
