Explore mental health through a virtual experience of reflective reading and embodied integration
Between the Lines | A Namasport Reflective Book Club
6:00 PM MST / 7:00 PM CST
Between the Lines is a Namasport clinician-led offering designed to support intentional readings and community reflection. This book club creates space to slow down with meaningful texts—exploring ideas, language, and frameworks that shape us.
Each gathering invites thoughtful discussion, curiosity, and connection, balancing clinical depth with the human heart. Alongside conversation, sessions will include a grounding somatic practice to help integrate what we’re reading—inviting the body into the learning process and supporting insight beyond the intellectual.
Come as you are. Reflect. Stay connected to yourself.
Our April book will be Homecoming by Thema Bryant .
The session will be led by Namasport clinician, Maggie Medzigian.
Feel free to connect with the book in the format that best supports your rhythm—reading in print or listening to the audiobook are both welcome.
