Between Bites is back and we can't wait for our next event! The theme this year is "A New Season," and readers include Jason Hammel (Chef/Owner Lula Cafe), Maggie Hennessy (New York Times, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, WBEZ), Ji Suk Yi (WGN Spotlight Chicago), Justin Kaufmann (Axios) and Erling Wu-Bower (Chef/Partner Maxwell's Trading). Expect heavy appetizers, wine, cocktails by Apologue, Saratoga water and more. A portion of proceeds will benefit food education non-profit, Pilot Light.
