Tess Bondavalli and experienced yoga and meditation teacher, April Waldrop, will treat the workshop like a dress rehearsal for your nighttime scene-setting. When you arrive, the lights will be low, candles will be lit, and we’ll offer you some soothing tea.
Together, we will walk through and address your obstacles to sleep, and then tailor a wind-down routine specific to what your mind and body need to get the quality sleep you’re missing. Don’t worry, it will be sure to fit your schedule and become something that you enjoy and look forward to. (You’ll have a copy of this to bring home with you. Put it on the fridge!)
We’ll also get into the nitty gritty of aches, bladders, snoring, spouses, supplements and more. Did you know that humans make an average of 30,000 decisions in a day?? Your brain does not want to do online shopping or look for a new show to watch!
April will demonstrate simple yoga and meditation techniques that you can implement when you get home that night!
