If you are reading this, you are breathing!

Breathing is an automatic function that sustains us from birth until - well - until we take that last one. But unlike other autonomous nervous system functions, we can also consciously control our breath. That's a good thing because we can overcome the dysfunctional breathing patterns that negatively affect both our vitality and virtually every aspect of health.

Healthy breathing should be light, unforced, silent, and capable of supporting all the activities of daily life.

In this workshop you will learn the mechanics of good breathing and how most of the breath instructions we've heard all our lives, i.e., "Take a deep breath," don't help. If you live with chronic rhinitis, asthma, cardio-vascular conditions, metabolism, allergy, sleep and fatigue issues, or if you just want to learn about good breath hygiene, this workshop is for you.

Doors open at 1:15 pm
