First 45 minutes is a HIIT style workout class and then we all get together and join the @surfridersf beach clean up!

<p>What is better than working out at the beach?! Working out for a purpose! This is a free class that brings the community together for a good cause. Any donation will go to Surfrider SF chapter. Following the fitness class there will be a beach cleanup hosted by Surfrider. </p>
