::::::::CLASS ONE:::::::: Where:  Freetail Brewing Co. 2000 S. Presa When: Friday, September 23 @ 6:30pm 
Join Chef Michael Sohocki as he teaches you the art of sausage making. Class includes a take home cheat sheet plus two glasses of Freetail beer or two Freetail flights. After the class enjoy your own handmade sausage & farm fresh veggies. $40 or $70 for both classes 
::::::::CLASS TWO:::::::: Where:  il Forno. 122 Nogalitos When: Tuesday, September 27 @ 6:30pm Join Chef Jason Garcia as he teaches you how to make mozzerella cheese, ricota cheese and pizza dough. Class includes a take home cheat sheet plus two Freetail beers. After the class enjoy your own handmade pizza. $40 or $70 for both classes
