About this event

Join us for the Fifth Annual Berry Fest on June 22nd from 4-9 pm! Gather your friends and family to be a part of this fun event.

At Berry Fest, there is something for everyone! Bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket to relax and listen to live music from local artists, support local businesses in the expanded Vendor Village and food truck area, or pick a basket of fresh organic blueberries. This year's event will have activities and a play area for kids, too!

Ticket sales CLOSE on Monday, June 10th at 11 pm CST OR when the event reaches capacity. Please note that due to safety and capacity restraints there will be NO Berry Fest ticket sales sold at the door. All attendees MUST have a ticket to access the shuttles and enter the Berry Farm.

All proceeds will be donated to support Help One Now's community care efforts in Zimbabwe and Belize. To learn more about the Berry Farm and Help One Now, click here.

FINE PRINT/LIABILITY: Due to capacity limits, you must purchase/reserve a ticket to Berry Fest to enter the shuttle and/or access the event, including free tickets for children under 5 years. Attendees will not be allowed to board the shuttles without proof of tickets for everyone in their party. Tickets can only be purchased in advance through Eventbrite. If inclement weather occurs, we do not offer refunds as all ticket sales are final.

Frequently asked questions

What are the different ticket options for Berry Fest?

General Admission is $30 for adults age 18+ and $10 for youth ages 5-17. Admission is FREE for children under 5. Tickets are required for ALL AGES, including those under 5, to ensure we don't exceed capacity of the farm.

What is the Vendor Village?

Berry Fest Vendor Village is a collection of local makers and artists, along with some of Dave and Jenny's favorite products from Marrs Mercantile, that you can shop from and support. Follow the Berry Fest Facebook event page for announcements on which vendors will be at this year's event.

Will there be food and drink available for purchase?

Yes! We know it's easy to work up an appetite while picking berries and dancing to the live music, so we've asked some of our favorite food trucks to come sell their culinary creations at Berry Fest. Keep an eye on the Berry Fest Facebook page to find out who will be serving up delicious goodies.

What if my plans change or I cannot attend Berry Fest after I purchased tickets?

All ticket sales are final and refunds will not be given. Ticket sales are donated to Help One Now to support their agriculture and community programs in Zimbabwe and Belize. This event serves as a fundraiser for these efforts and as such, ticket purchases are considered a donation to the charity.
