Here’s the scoop: Every half hour, groups of 12 will run, walk, or jog between studios for quick 30-minute workouts. Feel the burn 🔥, throw some punches🥊, spin like crazy🚲, and sweat💦!
Registration starts 30 minutes before your heat at Dog & Pony Show Brewery in Oak Park. Tickets are $35 to reserve your spot for the Berkley Fit Crawl. Want to throw in some extra cash for a good cause? Hit up the “Donations only” section!
Remember your gear: grip socks, cycle shoes, or boxing gloves—stash ‘em at the studios beforehand! Plus, score a sweet drawstring bag for all your stuff.
