The location is : #103- 78th Tenth street, New Westminster BC - at the "I Heart New-West" Community engagement space. This location is walking distance from New Westminster skytrain station.

A Sound Bath (also known as Sound Healing) is a meditative and transformative journey within, using the power of frequencies and vibrations from sacred instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, drums and singing or chanting, to induce deep healing for the body, mind and soul. Sound Healing assists in reducing stress, and boosting creativity.

The Sound bath session will take place between 2:30-3:30pm.

Please arrive no later than 2:15pm to ensure enough time to land and get settled in.

The Doors will be locked at 2:30 pm to ensure everyone’s experience is uninterrupted. If you are running late, please call/text in advance 604-338-9214.

This Phone will be turned off at 2:30pm. You will be asked to turn your phone off for the duration of the session, to ensure that all participants may immerse themselves lovingly in the experience. If you have any questions or concerns, you are welcome to contact Marise at (604) 338-9214 or Marise.knoesen@gmail.com. Please note it may take 24hrs to respond.
