Discover the values that quietly shape your decisions...and create a visual reminder of what matters most.
Ever wonder what influences the decisions you make? Like the invisible part of an iceberg beneath the waterline, our values quietly shape the personal and professional decisions we make - even the information we choose to consume. Yet, when was the last time you paused to explore why you do what you do?
Values are the deeply held beliefs that guide our choices, shape our priorities, and influence how we show up in the world. They influence the goals we set, the opportunities we pursue, and how we spend our time, energy, and money. However, in our busy lives, it's easy to lose sight of what matters most. When we're clear about our values, we lead ourselves more intentionally, strengthen our relationships, and make decisions with greater confidence.
Join me for this interactive 90-minute workshop as we uncover our core values, using words and images to create a Values Board that reflects what matters most to you. Together, we'll reflect on how closely our daily choices align with our values and discover how reconnecting with what matters most can lead to a more fulfilling, intentional life.
You'll leave with your own Values Board, greater clarity about what matters most, and practical insights to help you make more intentional choices that align with your values - at work and in life.
What to expect:
We’ll begin with a guided worksheet to identify your core values. You’ll then browse magazines to select words and images that represent those values and create your own Values Board. We’ll conclude with a gallery walk where participants are invited to share their boards and reflect on how their values show up in everyday life. The workshop is limited to 12 participants. Registration is required.
