Bendigo Adult Ballet

The workshop will focus on strength, correct body alignment, flexibility, rhythm and grace as well as developing imagery and technique in a safe and respectful environment.

All are welcome – no experience required as teachers will present various movement options.

Teachers are also welcome to participate, to observe teaching exercises in a different role!

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing for moving

• Comfortable shoes
