Through education, athletics, mentorship and intervention, Downtown Boxing Gym empowers Detroit youth to be positive and productive members of society.

Downtown Boxing Gym Youth Program

Join us for yoga, beer, food and community!
Co-led by the sublime Sam Arin from Center for Yoga, and the delightful Dennis Blender, this hour long class will relax your mind and streghten your body. Cooper Anstett will soothe and inspire our practice with his introspective music. Afterward, join the community to enjoy a brew from Perrin Brewing Company and snacks from Team Schostak Family Restaurants' Del Taco, and Avalon Bakery. 
Reserve your spot today and help to support the youth of the Downtown Boxing Gym Youth Program. All proceeds benefit academic programming.
