JBOSS dance presents BELLYHOP at The Gallery at the Pizitz! I’ve combined two of my favorite dance styles BELLYDANCE and HIPHOP to bring you BELLYHOP, a heart pumpin’ dance class to get you moving and grooving. You will learn a new routine step by step plus great moves and techniques from both genres. Each week will be something new to take with you to your next dance party or social event. You’ll leave feeling like a BOSS! Warm up includes isolations, stretches, and body alignment exercises with some fun grooves to keep you moving. At the end I’ll break down a short routine that we can all do together to improve stamina and increase musicality. This is a basic level dance class, no previous experience necessary. I look forward to seeing you on the dance floor!
