Belly Dancing 101

Experience the art of Show Belly Dance, where you can express yourself through fluid movements and captivating rhythms.

Dance is unifying. No matter what age, race, sex, style or language you speak, dance can always bring people together from all walks of life. Not only does dance connect us with one another as a community, dance also connects us to our own bodies. Being able to feel the music in our fingertips, hearts, and soul, moving to the beat of the drum can uplift and free the spirit in more ways than one.

Experience the art of Show Belly Dance, where you can express yourself through fluid movements and captivating rhythms. This class combines technique with creative expression, helping you develop confidence and style.

This 60 minute dance class will include upbeat rhythms with inspiring lyrics geared toward the feminine soul specifically. Even though this is a follow-along class, expressing your own style and movement is highly encouraged. This is a safe place for you to jump, dance, play, have fun, and JUST BE YOURSELF.

How to get to our location:

IVY is located at 913 Bowman Rd at the Johnnie Dodds Blvd/Bowman Rd intersection. We are a suite in a collection of white buildings with green roofs on the Arby’s side of the intersection, not the hospital side!

There is no direct access off Bowman Rd-- you will need to turn at the light onto Johnnie Dodds Blvd and then take your first right into our parking lot.

When you turn into the lot, we are the building straight ahead—look for the IVY sign to the right of the door! Suite 102.
