Inside. Ground Floor : Enter through door on Lincoln Blvd

What do I wear?

Yoga clothes or a bra style top and a flowy skirt. Bring a layer to put on after the workout.  Wear sunscreen if you have very sensitive skin.  If you have a hip scarf please bring it. I have some to wear if you don't.

If I am not very fit will the class be too hard for me?

No!   I adjust the instruction to suit your level of fitness

Do I have to know how to Belly Dance to do the class?

No!  This class is for total beginners

What is the 'Tantric' part of this dance class ?

Accepted Answer

In part of the class we work on activating our kundalini and dancing with that energy, so the dance technique becomes easier, feels organic, and feels pleasurable

Can I bring my daughter?

Accepted Answer

YES, if she wants to do the class herself - AND you stay to do the class with her.   No unaccompanied minors except by arrangement.
