Do I have to show my belly?

No, you can wear any type of clothes that you can move freely in that you feel safe and comfortable in. Some women do show their belly, after they feel comfortable to do so. It is not required!

What should I wear to class?

Any workout clothes that feel GOOD on you. Yoga pants, harem pants, skirts or anything that moves and flows for dance. Many women enjoy dressing up to celebrate their bodies, which is okay too! For shoes, we suggest barefoot, pilates or yoga socks, or dance shoes with a pivot on them.
