Give yourself 2 hours to learn how your relationship with time affects your stress, relationships, and well-being as a professional. Eloise Stewart will lead a small group of 15 people through a two-hour actionable and practical workshop with a workbook that each person will take home. The workbook includes 30 days of reflection questions to keep working through the concepts discussed in the workshop. Access to the Spa amenities before and after the workshop is included. Please select at checkout. C﻿ome dressed comfortably and ready to disconnect from work and life for 2 hours. We ask all attendees to turn off their phones and smart watches during the workshop.
