<h2>Being with Winter</h2>Winter invites us to be with the darkness, night, shadows, dreams and images. Spring will come, light is on it's way, but now is the time for to nourish our roots with the dark and rich soil of dreams, expressive arts, reflection, and cozy community. During our workshop you will be guided through individual reflection, expressive arts, dream work, and community weaving. You are invited to participate how you feel best. Your guides: <a href="https://www.thegroundswellinstitute.com/" title="https://www.thegroundswellinstitute.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Groundswell Institutes </a>clinicians Natalie Small LMFT and Allyson Baraban MFT Trainee have clinical training and expertise in expressive art therapy, eco therapy, and trauma informed group facilitation What to bring: journal, your favorite art modality, and a dream or image that this winter has gifted you.
