Hosted by acclaimed food critic and broadcaster Jimi Famurewa, each event brings together two leading voices from the world of food — chefs, restaurateurs, writers, critics or entrepreneurs, for an honest, generous conversation about what it really takes to build a life in food.
For the next event, Jimi is joined by two celebrated chefs and authors, Karan Gokani and Big Has.
Karan Gokani is the co-founder and creative force behind the award-winning Hoppers restaurants, widely credited with bringing the bold, vibrant flavours of Sri Lankan and South Indian cuisine into the heart of London’s dining scene.
Following Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen programme, Big Has built a loyal following through his bold, soulful approach to food — from restaurant kitchens to bestselling books and acclaimed online series. His cooking brings a fresh, contemporary energy to classic Cypriot dishes.
