Welcome to the Behind the Glass Mixer!

Come join us at 906 N Ashland Ave for an evening of networking and fun. The Behind the Glass Mixer is a space for photographers, cinematographers, and models to network, showcase artwork, and celebrate visual art and yearly achievements. In hopes of promoting collaboration, artistic development, and a creative community this event tries to provide a space for Young Chicago creatives to meet developing artists in Chicago’s developing art scene. This year's Mixer features Light refreshments, a Model Workshop, a Gallery Walk, and an Awards ceremony.

What do I wear?

This year's vibe is everything earthy. So all earth tones, and earthy vibes for the fits.

How do we nominate someone for the awards?

Award Nominations can be done on IG in @djjohn.sw bio. Nominations will remain open until 10 days before, and artists nominated will be notified.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are donation based and we are asking for you to donate at least $10.

Can we bring our own bottle and weed?

You are allowed to smoke as long as it is not inside or directly in front of the location. Alcohol is allowed.
