She learned to code somewhere between Udacity and Sweden, and now works as a Senior Backend Software Engineer for SINAI Technologies, a platform that helps firms decarbonize.Bijon Banerjee (he/him)Bijon&#x27;s route to web development was a little all over the place with a career that included business school, sports marketing, sports journalism, account management, and digital marketing. However, all those experiences allows him to put himself in other people&#x27;s shoes and have given him a unique perspective on how to approach his day-to-day in web developmentGavin Huang (he/him)Gavin&#x27;s path into software development was anything but straightforward. After many trials and tribulations, Gavin finally made the jump and is hoping to inspire others to follow their dreams.Rebecca Green (she/her)After her quarter life crisis in 2018, Rebecca dropped everything to learn to code at Le Wagon Bootcamp in Barcelona. Since then she&#x27;s been a software developer at Thoughtworks where she&#x27;s grown into a language and tech stack agnostic generalist. She lives in West Philly with her tiny dog Moe.THE MODERATORCody Lewis (he/him)Cody’s path to software development began on a farm in rural Japan. While the full story won’t fit in this brief intro, find Cody to learn more, eight years later those beginnings led him to his current position as a Senior Software Engineer at IKEA.THE SPACEThis meetup is at <a href="https://indyhall.org/clubhouse/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Indy Hall’s Clubhouse</a> which includes lots of space to spread out, lots of high quality &amp; natural airflow, and a beautiful view of the city.To keep our community as safe as possible, we’re working within <a href="https://indyhall.org/health-safety/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Indy Hall’s current COVID policies</a> which include:<ul><li>In order to attend, you must register.</li><li>You must provide proof of full vaccination (including booster). Digital photos and paper cards are both accepted.</li><li>While full vaccination is required, mask wearing is welcome but optional in all indoor spaces.</li><li>If you discover that you have been exposed to COVID, you may not attend for 7 days after the exposure (regardless of symptoms).</li></ul>Our max capacity for these events at Indy Hall will be 40 people. Since space is limited, if you register and later decide not to attend, please cancel your RSVP to make room for someone else.Approx 24 hours before the event, all RSVPd attendees will receive specific instructions for building access.
