Foster/Adoptive Virtual Education Summit for Parents & Workers

Join us for a free virtual training for foster &amp; adoptive families! Foster/adoptive workers is defined as anyone who works with foster and adoptive families, parents, or children, not just those who work for foster/adoptive organizations.This training will be led by Seasons&#x27; Permanency Support Specialist, Sherri Huizenga, LBSW, CADC, and Seasons&#x27; Trauma Therapist, Amber Klynsma, MSW LISW, CLFE, CA. This training will provide foster parents, adoptive parents, and individuals who work with foster/adoptive parents and children with education, information, and personal experience related to the function of behavior and the significance of seeing past behavior to the needs and desires being communicated as well as how to support good patterns of communication through understanding some basic education about trauma and brain development. Training attendees will receive the Zoom link upon registration.
