Wingward co-founders Dylan Robinson and Michael Silverstein are offering an open-level workshop introducing important concepts in our approach to vocal improvisation. We will explore the power of listening and attention, and the impact of treating vocal improv as an act of support. The workshop will consist of group singing exercises, paired singing exercises, shared group and paired reflection, and free improvisation in small ensembles.
This session will be limited to a total of 16 participants. If you need to cancel, please do so at your earliest convenience.
This session will start promptly at 7:15 in room 3R at Arts on Site (buzz 3R if the door to the building is closed). Out of care for session participants, late arrivals will not be permitted- no hard feelings, and we’ll look forward to singing with you soon.
