Beginning Drawing in June

Learn Basic Drawing Techniques

We will go from how to hold your pencil all the way to how to add realistic shading and textures to turn your basic sketches into fully formed works of art.

You are encouraged to bring in ideas and photos that interest you personally in order to make the class exciting and engaging.

This course will focus on :

• Line quality, Shading
• Perspective, Proportion
• Composition

Required supply list, Please bring:

• 9x12 or larger drawing board
• 9x12 or larger drawing pad or sketch book
• 4b, 8b, 4h graphite pencils, vine charcoal, micro pen set
• Kneaded eraser, Gum or other plastic eraser & Click eraser

• 20% discount on art supplies for enrolled students
