About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

The overpopulation of white-tailed deer, increased urbanization, and climate change are just a few of many conservation challenges impacting New Jersey today. In spite of these challenges, Duke Farms is continuing to restore resilient habitats for native wildlife. Participants will learn from the restoration work at Duke Farms, with a focus on deer management and real-world vegetation monitoring techniques in the field.
