About this event

This class will focus on the basics of pilates, building strength through alignment and our breath. EXPECT an UPBEAT class that will make you SWEAT!!!!! Yoga postures will be incorporated as we move through a variation of pilates exercises that will help improve strength and flexibility, leaving you feeling energized and ready for the rest of your healing Sunday!

Suggested Donation is $5 or $10, pay what you can.

This class is open to all experiences. Please bring your own mat & water. Excited to see you there!

Class is located at 2001 Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80205

Park for free in the Museum Parking Lot. Walk from parking lot to the West side of the Museum Building. Class is located West of the museum and East of the lake, near the pink cherry blossom trees. I will have a Ying Yang flag by the tree where we will be practicing. (passed the water fountains)

Exit 1-70 East to Colorado Blvd.

Head South on Colorado Blvd to 22nd.

Make a right on 22nd.

Head into The Denver Museum of Nature & Science parking lot.

Please bring your own mat or towel. I only have a couple spare mats, they will be available on first come first serve basis.
