Typically women ages 20–50+ attend. It’s less about age and more about energy and willingness to show up for yourself.

What if I can’t dance?

Perfect. This class is literally for you. It’s about learning, not performing. Everyone starts somewhere, and nobody walks in knowing the choreography.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable that makes you feel confident. Think leggings, bodysuits, or anything you can move in. If you feel good, you’ll move better. Simple.
