Beginners Acro Yoga

Experience AcroYoga with Lo Nathamundi & Alecia Yahagi on the 3rd Saturday of the month (starting in April) from 9:30-10:30am at prAna Portland, 635 NW 23rd Ave. This AcroYoga class combines aspects of yoga and partner acrobatics.

Lo Nathamundi is the founder of the Kaleidoscope Community Yoga project. He has written two books on the subject of making living, breathing, moving community yoga mandalas with human beings aligned to sacred geometries. He is a licensed massage therapist. He has also volunteered for such diverse groups as the Divine Play AcroYoga festival and Yoga Behind Bars. You can find him teaching Five Animal Frolics Qi Gong on YouTube. In his free time, he enjoys indoor soccer, open water swimming, and translating poetry from Spanish and Swedish.

This is a donation-based class with a suggested sliding scale donation of $5 to $15 on-site. Proceeds will support a local non-profit organization.
