Join us for a gentle beginner yoga class designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a solid foundation—no experience required.This class will guide you through basic postures, mindful movement, and intentional breathing in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. Perfect if you’re brand new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply craving a softer, more grounding practice.✨ Saturday, January 10th ⏰ 10:00–11:00am 📍 Brand new space in Grafton 🤍 In collaboration with Designs by Deseray⚠️ YOU MUST pre-register. Spots are limited. Registration is available only through Eventbrite, and once spaces are filled, registration will close.🔔 Please bring your own yoga mat.
