HELEN’S STORY

Hi, I am Helen - the artist and owner of HKW Art. Pennsylvania born and raised. Retired federal civil servant turned creative entrepreneur. I’ve dabbled in all kinds of art mediums since childhood. My love for wire-working, to include wire-wrapping and wire-weaving, went from making “doo-dads” out of any metal I found in my dad‘s garage, to creating decorative ornaments and wearable art. As a lifelong artist, speaker and trainer, merging creativity and education is the heart of everything I do. I also specialize in Hat/Millinery Art to include Pyrography, and Henna Body Art. Your support and encouragement makes this dream possible. I’m happy you are here and part of my journey!
