A confident, empowering dance experience designed to build strength, control and feminine energy in a supportive space.

Beginner Twerk Dance Class is all about learning how to move with intention. This isn’t just about shaking — it’s about understanding your body, building glute and core strength, improving control, and feeling powerful while you dance.

Whether you’re brand new or have experience, the class is broken down step-by-step so you feel comfortable and supported from start to finish.

What to Expect:

* A guided warm up to activate glutes, hips and core

* Foundational technique drills to improve control

* Clear, easy-to-follow choreography breakdown

* A full routine run-through at the end of class

* A welcoming, judgement-free atmosphere

This is more than a workout.

It’s a space to move confidently, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling strong and energised.

Held on the first Thursday of every month after our Heels class at 8:30PM — come for one or stay for both and make it your full confidence night.

Spots are limited to keep the class intimate and focused.
