Beginner Sushi Class

O﻿utside alcohol is not allowed, and although breweries allow dogs, only service dogs are invited to join the group for our class.  Seating is strictly reserved for ticket holders.  Kids are allowed, as long as they are not a distraction to the rest of the students or the instructor.

Join us for our two hour beginner sushi class, where we'll cover all of the basics & give you the skills you need to make sushi at home!

<p>In our two hour beginner class, we'll teach you everything you need to know to start making your own sushi at home; including (but not limited to):</p><ul><li>making perfect sushi rice, every time</li><li>how to make all of the sauces you love at the sushi bar, from bangbang to eel sauce</li><li>where to shop/what to buy</li><li>how to safely serve raw fish at home, according to health department regulations</li></ul><p>We've been teaching this class since 2011 and  have had 15k ppl in 18 states learn how to "roll a big fat one" with us</p>
