Regardless of prior experience, you can attend this drop-in class without committing to a long-term program! It's designed for beginners to learn basic pole fitness techniques, movements, and build foundational skills. Participants can "drop in" for a single session rather than enrolling in a series of classes, making it more accessible for newcomers to try out pole fitness.
*No lotion or oil for AT LEAST 4 HRS before class time! We enforce a STRICT 10-minute grace period - you will NOT BE ALLOWED to actively participate in class past this period. You can cancel and reschedule your classes in the app up to TWO hours before class time.
